Gubagoo 1.6.0

This newly launched Gubagoo app offers enhanced connectivity with your customers while you're on the move. The current version focuses on improving the chat experience, although it does not encompass all the features of the older version yet.

Similar to GLive, users will receive chat notifications, have the ability to track conversations in real-time, and intervene in these chats from any location.

The older version of the app is still accessible on the app store and provides a complete mobile feature suite, including Virtual Retailing integration, dashboards, and reporting tools.

• Live chat takeover capability
• Communicate with customers through messages
• Send discreet messages to Gubagoo chat specialists and your team
• Access and share inventory, offers, and contact cards
• Utilize saved responses efficiently
• Send various files like photos, videos, and PDFs
• Input and review customer details
• Enter lead data and forward it to your CRM system
• Receive push notifications

If you require any of the subsequent features on your mobile device, it is advisable to stick with the legacy app:
